The roots had been absorbed giving it the appearance of a smooth melted look, hence, the animal would spit it out of their mouth. 

It comes with a custom-made Missouri Black Walnut stand.

 A mammoth generally went through 5 sets of molars, The molars grew larger with each replacement.
